Reflections of the colorful stals can be seen in the water along the roadside follwing the heavy tropical rain - Port Vila - Vanuatu

Day 223 - Top of the Bridge

As our Cruise liner passes below the harbour bridge we hear the shouts from a tour group high abouve us. Bridge climbers stand just below the flags at the peak of the bridge - and we though we were the ones with the best view - There is always someone better off than us...

Day 221 - Orange Boat

Beautiful orange and Green colurs combine well in this photo.

Day 220 - Pacific Sun off Mystery island Vanuatu

The Pacific Sun Cruise Liner anchored off Mystery Island - Vanuatu.
Using the CP filter I was given for Christmas - This brings out the blue sky, cuts out reflections off the water and makes the clouds stand out more.

Day 219 - Chief of the Village

Village Chief leads his men in a traditional dance for the tourists.

Day 218 - Lost in his throughts

This guy was happy to pose for me - as I started to shoot - he started looking up into the trees as if he was deep in thought.

I was attracted by the colours of these two boats set against the deep green water. I am not entirley happy with the composition but the shot has some sort of energy that I like -

This shot looks very commercial with the bikini clad lady coming out of the water and the P&O cruise liner in the background. Maybe the composition could be a bit better - but then I didnt have the opportunity to have anyone pose for the shot -

A young girl chews on a coconut - the sun  reflecting off the beach lights up her face and eyes. She had very dark skin but here it looks golden brown.

In the folowing photos the light was coming from above instead of reflected from the sandy beach.

Day 213 - Conch blower

Wala Island Vanuatu - Boy plays conch sea shell to attract tourists.

day 212 - Flying fish

Flying fish dash up out of the water - "fly " across the ocean surface at a height of around 1 foot for 5- 15 sconds - They are fas, and difficult to focus on. This is the best I could do for a few hours effort.

Day 210 - Honeymooners

Honneymoon couple stand on the top deck watching the sunset - They were supposed to leave me their contact details so I cold send them this photo - They never did - Their loss -
A few minutes later the moon was visible  and the sky began to turn red.
