48- Fishing on the Murray River

A father and son fish off one of the docks along the Murray River., with an old paddle boat in the background. They told us they had caught 50 fish - All european carp. Carp have become a pest and are killing off native Murray Cod. By law any carp that are caught may not be thrown back into the river. Instead they are left to dye on the banks of the river.
